Do you have a passion for transformation, steady leadership track record with solid experience working with the Finance process area? We are looking for a proactive leader to develop and lead our existing Finance Shared Services based in Manila into Finance Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE). Then this could be your next challenge!

 

The Finance RCoE delivers Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay, Travel Expense auditing and Cash application services to Epiroc entities in the region. In this position you will build, manage, and continuously develop the RCoE Finance team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Manage delivery of Finance Services for the different end to end areas including Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash application to Epiroc entities in the region.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the RCoE Finance team for maximum performance and minimize team turnover.

  • Coordinate and building relationships with Regional Stakeholders including General Managers, Business Controllers and other stake holders.

  • Part of the Regional Excellence Board to deliver on Finance transformation within the region based on the 6 transformation elements.

  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.

  • Identify major process improvements based on LEAN methodology and efficiency initiative and drive them to fruition.

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends meeting delivery targets for each end-to-end area.

  • Cost performance and efficiency focus to deliver on efficiency targets for the year.

  • Collaborate with Global Epiroc finance community including Global Center of Excellence to deliver continuous improvements, Epiroc Group Reporting function to drive accurate and timely reporting.

 

You will be reporting the Vice President Finance, Admin responsible for the APAC region. 

You will be working out of our office located in Manila, Philippines. The position requires travelling to some extent within the region.

Education & Experience Prerequisites

  • A University degree in Finance/Business Administration. 

  • Broad experience of accounting and finance in multinational companies.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in managing a team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage.

  • Proven leadership and change management skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
