MARC Site Manager – Boddington

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our MARC contract operations at Boddington. This role is responsible for leading site operations, managing a high-performing team and ensuring the successful delivery of service outcomes for our customer.

This is a key leadership position where you will drive safety, operational performance and customer satisfaction while building a strong and engaged team on site.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading and developing a team to create a safe, productive and positive working environment
Managing daily MARC service operations to ensure strong operational performance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with site leadership and key stakeholders
Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Supporting business growth through market awareness and opportunity identification
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Ensuring customer expectations and contractual obligations are consistently met

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience within mining, heavy equipment or field service environments
Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Commercial awareness with an understanding of financial performance and customer requirements
Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
