MARC Site Manager – Boddington

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our MARC contract operations at Boddington. This role is responsible for leading site operations, managing a high-performing team and ensuring the successful delivery of service outcomes for our customer.
This is a key leadership position where you will drive safety, operational performance and customer satisfaction while building a strong and engaged team on site.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing a team to create a safe, productive and positive working environment
- Managing daily MARC service operations to ensure strong operational performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with site leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Supporting business growth through market awareness and opportunity identification
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Ensuring customer expectations and contractual obligations are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within mining, heavy equipment or field service environments
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of financial performance and customer requirements
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
