We're on the lookout for a Service Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Boddington, Western Australia. This role offers a rotating 8/6 day shift or 7/7 night shift roster, accommodating both DIDO and local candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, plan, and deliver maintenance solutions for a fleet of surface blast hole drills.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and breakdown support for our customers.
- Manage work in progress and supervise technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer support.
- Mentor and guide apprentices effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven supervisory experience in an OEM environment.
- Strong background in surface drill maintenance is highly regarded.
- Relevant Trade Certificate.
- Unwavering commitment to safety.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, preferably with SAP experience.
