Mission of the role:

 

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Epiroc, you will play a vital role within our Regional Center of Excellence, contributing to the delivery and execution of our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding services. This role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives on connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities aligned with our company strategy, core values, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Working onsite at our vibrant Boksburg Jet Park office, you will collaborate closely with Human Resources colleagues, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience that reflects our dedication to excellence and innovation.

 

Your mission:

 

  • Manage and execute a professional, modern, and efficient talent acquisition process in partnership with HR teams, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of candidate selection, including scheduling and facilitating phone interviews, assessments, criminal background checks, and reference verifications, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
  • Represent Epiroc at recruitment activities such as job fairs and other events, contributing to a strong employer brand presence and engaging with diverse talent pools.
  • Administer and maintain onboarding processes using cloud-based HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring new employees have a positive and structured introduction to the company.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including organizing and executing campaigns and events that highlight Epiroc as an employer of choice.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by leveraging digitization, automation, and agile methodologies to enhance recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Act as a role model for data-driven decision-making and collaborate actively with HR colleagues across local, regional, and global levels to embody our One HR philosophy.

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a similar discipline.
  • Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or as a recruiter, with hands-on involvement in candidate selection processes.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
  • Experience in digitalizing and automating HR processes is highly desirable, enabling efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition.
