Your Mission as a Workshop Performance Coordinator

As Workshop Performance Coordinator, you'll be the hub that connects people, processes and performance, coordinating daily operations, watching costs and recoveries, keeping quality and safety standards tight, and driving the continuous improvement that keeps customers coming back. What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of components.
  • Support the planning and allocation of resources to optimise productivity and operational performance.
  • Monitor workshop performance, costs, recoveries and utilisation to support business profitability.
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality standards and operational procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support compliance with Epiroc safety standards, SHEQ requirements and company policies.
  • Track operational metrics, generate reports and provide performance insights to management, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service and business performance.
  • Support people coordination and team motivation and ensure accurate administrative and operational processes are followed.

 

What you'll bring

  • A diploma or degree in Financial Management, Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations coordination, workshop administration, service operations or a business support environment.
  • An understanding of budgeting, cost control, resource planning and operational reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools; project management exposure is advantageous.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as M3 (beneficial), and exposure to mining, engineering, manufacturing or service environments (advantageous).
  • Experience in hydraulics, battery machinery, drivetrain or components assembly (an advantage).
