Epiroc is seeking an experienced Business Line Manager – Rock Drilling Tools (RGD) to lead one of Australia's most strategically important product lines. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role carries full accountability for the commercial performance, strategic direction and long-term growth of the RGD business across Australia.

About the Role
As the Business Line Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the national strategy for the Rock Drilling Tools business while ensuring exceptional commercial, operational and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a national business strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth, increased market share and strong profitability.
- Leading the sales, service and operational performance of the RGD business across Australia.
- Building and maintaining strategic customer partnerships through value-driven solutions that improve productivity and performance.
- Working closely with global Product Companies and internal stakeholders to bring innovative technologies, products and automation solutions to market.
- Identifying market trends and growth opportunities through data-driven insights, strategic marketing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Driving business performance through effective financial management, forecasting and execution against key objectives.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and customer focus.
- Contributing as a valued member of the Australian leadership team, helping shape broader business strategy and organisational success.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of strong commercial acumen, strategic leadership capability and a customer-centric mindset.
You'll have:
- Demonstrated success leading a national or regional business within the mining, capital equipment, aftermarket or industrial sectors.
- A proven track record of growing market share, delivering strong commercial results and executing successful business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across customers, senior leadership and global business partners.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and delivering long-term value for customers.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
