We are seeking an experienced Deployment & Performance Manager to join our Field Operations Excellence & Deployments team, responsible for how our technologies are deployed, operationalised, supported, and sustained in the field. Leading the safe, consistent and first‑time‑right deployment of priority digital and selected mining extraction solutions, while ensuring each deployment transitions into stable, well‑supported, high‑performing operations. You will own and continuously improve the deployment, handover and early‑life support model, ensuring solutions are not only commissioned correctly, but embedded into day‑to‑day operations with the right standards, documentation, capability and support in place.

This role defines Field Operations Excellence by setting clear expectations for deployment quality, operational readiness, service delivery, and ongoing performance. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in deployment, commissioning and operational service delivery to take on a senior role that spans deployment execution, operational readiness and post‑deployment performance. Based at our Cannon Hill office, you will work closely with internal teams locally and internationally, partnering with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Product and customers to ensure deployments are safe, repeatable, operationally embedded and effectively supported beyond handover. 

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong experience delivering system deployments and commissioning in mining or heavy industry
• A proven ability to lead consistent, high‑quality field execution through structured, stage‑gated processes
• Solid technical capability across installation, integration, commissioning and verification
• Experience leading field‑based teams, including technicians, contractors and OEM partners
• A service‑oriented mindset, focused on reliability, safety, and long‑term performance
• Strong knowledge of mine‑site safety systems and high‑risk work controls
• The ability to engage and influence across Operations, Sales, Engineering, Product, Sales and customers
• Qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Project Management or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel internationally
