While you will be employed by Epiroc, your role will sit within the GET Business Line, where you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering cutting‑edge solutions that drive performance for mining customers worldwide.
We’re looking for a high-calibre Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic mining customers, someone who can operate confidently across both corporate and site environments and drive real commercial outcomes.
The Opportunity
You will sit at the centre of customer ecosystems, navigating corporate procurement frameworks while staying closely connected to site operations where decisions are made and value is realised.
Success in this role comes from your ability to connect strategy with execution, ensuring what is agreed at a corporate level translates into performance on site. This role is based in our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane, while it is a hybrid role with flexibility, it will require regular travel to customer sites and corporate offices. Estimated customer face time is 40 – 60% of depending on site and corporate locations.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
You will take ownership of key customer relationships and be trusted to:
- Drive revenue growth and expand share of wallet within major mining accounts
- Strengthen long-term partnerships at both executive and operational levels
- Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and site-level delivery
- Improve forecast accuracy and demand visibility to support both the customer and internal operations
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, performance, and value for the customer
About You
- You are commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in complex environments.
- You can engage credibly with corporate procurement teams while also building trust with site leadership
- You understand how mining operations work and how commercial decisions impact them
- You take ownership, think strategically, and follow through with execution
- You’re proactive, resilient, and able to influence across multiple stakeholders
- You identify opportunities and act on them
