Parts Manager

Are you a team leader with the passion and drive to guide a Parts Department to achieve its goals and assist in the growth of an internationally expanding, innovative company?
Remote Control Technologies (RCT) is seeking to appoint a proactive and professional Parts Manager, based in our office in North Lakes, Brisbane, to manage our Parts/Warehouse Department.
This role will be primarily responsible for the continued development of our East Coast parts business and will contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives leading to increased customer satisfaction. Knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment and a good understanding of auto electrical and basic electronics are preferable. The applicant must also be prepared to perform warehouse duties, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A history of good performance in the workplace
- Strong customer focus
- Experience in purchasing, logistics and supplier negotiations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Capable of building strong customer relations and be the “go to” person
- Ability to operate in a small team environment
- Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in Auto Electrical and/or Mining, and a working knowledge of Pronto would be an advantage.
