Warehouse Co-ordinator

This position controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from manufacturing/production to warehouse for shipping. Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items.
Key Accountabilities or Activities
· Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements
· Co-ordinating inventory transfers with related departments
· Store products by designating storage areas
· Data Computer Entry and manual processing
· General warehousing duties, assisting with goods inwards and outwards
· Accurate picking and packing of orders
· Loading and unloading trucks
· Unloading and counting of incoming stock
· Monitor inventory by completing counts as required
· Monitor and record stock movement and inventory management
· Formulate positive relationships with staff at ProReman
· Maintain the warehouse as a clean, tidy and safe workplace
· Planning and coordinating stocktakes
· Printing labels detailing storage and despatch information
· Assisting with the assembly of simple fixtures and fittings
· Adherence to company procedures
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Knowledge & Skills:
· Understanding of ProReman company policies in relation to Work Health & Safety, Operations and those outlined in the Company Induction Program.
· Computer literacy in word, outlook, excel (Exonet knowledge desirable but on essential)
· Must excel in a fast paced, agile environment where critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required

Education, Qualifications, Tickets, Licences:
· Current drivers’ licence
· Forklift Licence (High reach forklift experience desirable)
