Mission:
As a Procurement Buyer at Epiroc USA, you will be an integral part of the Procurement team, supporting the full Procure to Pay (PtP) lifecycle. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for both local and national purchasing activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and operational needs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute purchasing and sourcing tasks, resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work and consistently upholds high standards for accuracy and timeliness. Success depends on a systematic, task-driven approach, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to make confident, well-informed decisions within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Buyer functions in the ERP system to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Source and procure capital equipment and assets in compliance with Epiroc group policies and procedures.
- Initiate and analyze RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to support business project needs.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department to address and resolve vendor issues.
- Administer purchasing and sourcing activities to support continuous improvement across the procure-to-pay process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage high volumes of purchasing requests, and drive continuous improvement.
- High standards of accuracy and consistency, with a commitment to following established guidelines and procedures.
- Proficient in end-to-end ERP systems; experience with M3 (Infor) is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in creative problem-solving, networking, and negotiation to support effective procurement outcomes.
