Propósito

Realizar la administración de las órdenes abiertas por garantías MRS controlando la productividad de las mismas.

Inglés Intermedio desable

Experiencia

Deseable de 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar o por promoción interna en la compañía.

Educación

Licenciatura Administración o afín.

Responsabilidades

Recibir reportes técnicos por parte de Jefe de Servicio para abrir Orden de Garantía y cubrir la falla reclamada por el cliente.
Realizar apertura, seguimiento y cierre de órdenes por garantía.
Solicitar y dar seguimiento al material requerido.
Continuar con el seguimiento de la orden hasta tener expediente completo del servicio al cliente y cerrar la Orden previa autorización y/o indicación del jefe de línea.
Realizar el reclamo con la Compañía de producto y asegurar su aprobación toda vez que se tenga la orden de servicio.
Revisar con Jefes de Servicio las Órdenes abiertas por garantía por lo menos dos veces al mes para cumplir con los indicadores requeridos.
