Your Mission: Meet the sales target set by the Business Line Managers and the customer's requirements.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets within an assigned territory
  • Align customer’s goals and objectives with Epiroc’s products and services by earning “trusted advisor” status with key customer contacts and teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products/services.
  • Develop account strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Apply sales best practices in your assigned territory and you gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and the solutions to satisfy them – Extensive travel may be required
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze account performance and develop plans to improve results.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed product forecasts by working closely with customer base to ensure appropriate inventory and service levels
  • Monitor account metrics and prepare regular reports on account performance.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product and service proposals that support Epiroc’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

                 

Requirements (General and Specific Knowledge):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, particularly in a B2B environment

(A minimum of 3 years’)

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required with a proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
