Tu misión:

Con el objetivo de fortalecer los procesos administrativos y de capacitación en el área de Recursos Humanos, se solicita la incorporación de un becario que apoyará en actividades operativas y de gestión documental, así como en un proyecto estratégico de cumplimiento normativo.

¿Cuáles son mis principales responsabilidades?

Elaboración de kits de bienvenida para nuevos ingresos.
Registro de altas en el sistema SIRCE.
Altas y bajas en GNP.
Captura de huellas biométricas.
Manejo y organización de expedientes.
Administración de formatos para trámites de tarjetas de crédito y débito.

El candidato ideal para esta posición:

Estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresa, Gestión Empresarial
Manejo de Excel (intermedio)
Power Office
Inglés - intermedio
Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas de lunes a vienes de 08:30 a 14:00 en La Calera, Zacatecas.
