Integration Project Manager
We're seeking a motivated Integration Project Manager to play a pivotal role in integrating the aquired Canadian company 3D-P into our Epiroc Digital Solutions Division (DSD) and delivering synergies identified in our acquisition plan.

 

 

Your Mission
Your main mission is to deliver the synergies identified in the acquisition plan by vigorously following through on identified activities and opportunities and ensuring the timely execution of all items on the integration checklist. 


You'll lead cross-functional project teams to integrate 3D-P into Epiroc DSD, driving top strategic initiatives and conducting post-transaction analyses to ensure value creation.


You'll manage cross-functional project teams, coordinating transaction-related actions from due diligence and other integration activities.


Your responsibilities also include planning and facilitating meetings effectively to reach conclusions and consensus, while monitoring projects and solving problems to keep them moving forward.


Identifying and tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and synergies to ensure successful diligence and integration are also part of your role.


You'll develop or enhance playbooks for future M&A activities and establish key success metrics to evaluate project impact. 


Collaborating with senior executives and business units to identify and define initiatives that support corporate/business unit strategy is crucial. 


You'll provide strategic input and contribute to the design and integration of potential corporate development opportunities.


Creating presentations to effectively communicate integration status and results to project teams and senior executives is essential. 

 

 

Your Profile
The ideal candidate has a proven record of accomplishment as a member of a Epiroc customer center management team or large business line; integration experience is a plus.

 

A university degree or similar through experience, with strong analytical capabilities, is required.


Personal drive with entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy, combined with a humble approach and respect towards a proud and experienced team, is necessary. 


You have a genuine interest in finding new ways of working and challenging the current situation to find better ways, while respecting existing experience.


Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, are essential for this role.

 


Location and travel
The role is located in Calgary, Canada. Occasional travel is required.
