Your mission

As a Product Specialist for DTH in North Africa, West Africa and Middle East, your main role is to support product development by providing field technical assistance, collaborating on R&D projects, and maintaining product performance records. Reporting to the Global Product Support Manager, you will ensure excellent product knowledge and support across African and Middle East markets.

You'll offer technical support to internal teams and act as second-line support for external customers. Your responsibilities, defined by your manager, may cover specific regions or applications. You'll also help grow product knowledge by developing and executing training plans.

With up to 75% travel, you'll submit reports after each trip, update training materials, and handle warranty claims by coordinating with R&D and ensuring confidentiality. You'll also address product complaints to maintain Epiroc's brand reputation.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with a background in technical, marketing, or business studies, with skills in mining, drilling, or construction equipment and at least five years of experience in technical or application support in these fields. Experience in DTH drilling applications and knowledge of hammer and bit designs is preferred. Proficiency in computer skills for compiling and analyzing sales and product data, strong communication abilities, and fluency in English, Frensh and Arabic are essential.

A proactive, customer-focused approach, knowledge of Epiroc drilling equipment, and the capability to operate drill rigs in production settings are expected. Advanced skills in computer-aided maintenance systems, reporting, databases, and spreadsheets are a plus.

Location and travel

The position is based in Morocco and requires frequent trips throughout North Africa, West Africa and Middle East (additional regions can be in scoop).

Regular travelling is required.
