Head of Quality

Join us as Head of Quality, where you will lead and govern our Quality Management System, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and act as the independent quality authority that ensures product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer protection, and operational excellence across the organization.

Your Mission:

• Own and govern the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Define and communicate the Quality Policy, objectives, and quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Act as the independent authority for product release and quality-related decisions.
• Exercise the authority to stop production or shipment where quality or safety requirements are not met.
• Lead management reviews, quality performance reporting, and executive-level escalations.
• Ensure robust document control, records integrity, traceability, and configuration governance.
• Own enterprise quality risk management, non conformance systems, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Chair the Material Review Board (MRB) and approve risk based dispositions.
• Govern internal, external, customer, and supplier audits and compliance activities.
• Protect customers and the organisation through product safety governance, field failure escalation, and customer issue management.

Your Profile:

• 8+ years’ experience in Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence roles
• Proven experience leading Quality at mid/senior  level
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or industrial
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical field
• Formal Quality qualification (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)(advantageous)
• Advanced certifications in Quality or Risk Management (advantageous)
