Production Worker

Join our team as a Production Worker and play an important role in the manufacturing of our safety solutions, including Collision Avoidance Systems. You will support the assembly, testing and packaging of products, perform tasks such as soldering and operating production machinery, and work according to production schedules to ensure quality products are delivered on time.

Your Mission:

• Assist with the assembly, wiring, testing and packaging of electronic equipment and devices.
• Support the building of test units and prototypes.
• Perform production tasks including soldering, using hand tools and following production instructions.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing, identify defects and report findings.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Provide general production support to managers, engineers and technicians, including housekeeping activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, use appropriate PPE and report hazards, incidents and near misses.
• Maintain a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work area in line with company HSE requirements.
• Participate in training, personal development and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve skills and production practices.

Your Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Suitable for school leavers or entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous manufacturing, electronic or technical experience is advantageous but not essential.
