We’re Hiring | Business Controller – REX, PC Changzhou

We are looking for a dedicated local Business Controller to join our Changzhou team, this new role is critical to strengthening financial governance and providing direct, on‑the‑ground support to our management control.

Your Mission

Lead financial management and management control for the local entity
Support General Management in implementing and monitoring accounting policies, controls, and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate operational reporting, monthly forecasts, and group reports
Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed asset investments
Maintain robust internal controls, coordinate internal/external audits, and proactively mitigate risks
Partner with senior management on strategic planning, business reviews, and performance scorecards
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and champion new ways of working

What We’re Looking For

University degree in Business Administration with an accounting major
5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with management control exposure
Strong background in international environments and group reporting
Experience with ERP systems and deployments is a plus
Solid accounting knowledge, with ability to understand our products, market, and sales processes
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly accurate
Good communication and report‑writing skills in English.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills, organised, and flexible
