Mission of the role: 

 

As the Business Line Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional ADS strategy that supports revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our competitive position. You will lead and collaborate cross-functionally to build a lean, high-performing organization aligned with Epiroc’s standards and values. Your mission includes nurturing key customer relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and ensuring business profitability by managing pricing, costs, and operational performance metrics.

 

Your Mission: 

 

  • Business & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the ADS segment to expand surface and volume mining operations. Identify emerging opportunities and respond to evolving market dynamics to increase regional presence.
  • Sales & Customer Development: Lead growth in capital equipment sales and aftermarket services. Strengthen sales channels and territory coverage, fostering enduring partnerships with key mining customers to understand and address their operational needs.
  • Performance & Operations: Maintain business profitability through disciplined pricing and cost control. Monitor KPIs, manage working capital effectively, and initiate corrective actions where needed to enhance business outcomes.
  • Organization & Collaboration: Build, coach, and motivate a high-performance team, promoting a culture of collaboration across country units and business divisions. Utilize cross-divisional synergies to maximize resource use and innovation potential.
  • Governance & People Development: Ensure strict adherence to Epiroc’s ethical standards and compliance policies. Invest in talent development by fostering leadership skills, encouraging diversity and inclusivity, and creating a supportive work environment that drives employee engagement.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate strategic goals into tactical execution.
  • Deep understanding of customer and market dynamics within the surface mining equipment sector.
  • Expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management to effectively align diverse interests.
  • Proven knowledge of surface mining equipment, applications, and aftermarket business lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire teams, drive change initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
