Outbound Replenishment Planner

Mission of the role:
To establish an efficient inventory management system that aligns with divisional targets for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and parts availability.
Your Mission:
- Inventory Oversight & Order Management: Confirm and analyse daily orders in GIM, ensuring compliance with stocking policies and managing core purchasing for CC Zambia.
- Process Improvement & Quality Control: Identify and eliminate failing processes through surveys, focus groups, and benchmarking; implement customer-driven improvement plans.
- Inventory Analysis & Reporting: Monitor inventory levels, analyse stock movements, and report trends to manage supply chain costs and reduce excess or slow-moving stock.
- Stock Planning & Forecasting: Support demand forecasting, stock control reviews, and pre-planning for machine rebuilds; maintain inventory for CC Zambia and oversee SAC1 part availability.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Service Support: Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, support Item Master maintenance, and respond to reporting needs from regional managers.
- Operational Support & Risk Management: Review spare parts lists, manage stock requests, assist in risk mitigation, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 Years of Supply Chain Experience.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of ERP packages
- Skilful MS Excel user.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain processes.
- Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes.
- Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance.
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
- BS in Business or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
