Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Join us as a Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaking). You will play a key role in identifying, engaging new customers, maintain strong relationships, and achieve sales targets while growing market share and profitability.
Your Mission:
- Analyse and understand customer technical requirements and operational challenges.
- Recommend appropriate products, systems, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in a business-focused manner.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable internal improvements.
Your Profile:
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mining, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, solution-driven mindset
- Proven ability to manage and engage key stakeholders
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of pricing structures, margins, and contracts
- Ability to balance customer requirements with business profitability
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards
