Logistics

She/he reports to the Logistics Manager and his/her duties shall include but not limited to
the following:
Send weekly reports on parts including RDT, Hoses with withdrawals, monitoring
on MIS, Billing and Invoicing (separate excel file for Epiroc and AMCI accounting)
and routing for signatures.
Updating all records (MIS, BIN cards, SMR of withdrawn parts).
Monitoring breakdown and consignment parts and initiate stock transfer.
Receiving and summarized delivered BD parts to AMCI with corresponding PO #
for invoicing.
Prepare summary of WIP to Logistics Assistant every end of the month.
Inventory count every 1st week and recon (Parts & RDT).
Built up kits and send ISR for adjustment in Scala.
Updating statement of account and send to Credit and Collection Officer
Other tasks that maybe assigned by superior from time to time
Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple
Certification Systems:
o Health and Safety of all employees, customers, and contractors as your
first priority per ISO 45001:2018 and RA 11058
o Reducing our impact upon the Environment with ISO 14001:2015
o Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015
