Project Manager

- Lead and develop a safe, effective, motivated, productive team.
- Continually ensuring that the service delivered is in alignment with the contract
- Ensure maintenance plans are reviewed and followed with non conformance to plans 
highlighted, reviewed, and followed up with documentation of actions for further 
monitoring so improvements with accurate details can be implemented.
- Communicate improvements through discussion with justification both written and 
verbal throughout the team for agreement and implementation
- Ensure to meet service excellence, machine reliability and availability are achieved.
- Inventory control and stock level of parts supply agreements.
- Ensures control and proper use of workshop vehicles, tools, equipment, and 
consumable storage area and maintain good housekeeping.
- Ensure monthly reports on operations are regularly reviewed, compiled in a data 
base, and submitted, any deviations shall be addressed immediately
- Manage the relationship between Epiroc and the client to the benefit of both 
companies and ensure that Epiroc comply with the signed agreement between the 
company and clients.
