Service Technician - Field

Epiroc Philippines is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team and support the business growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Epiroc business on-line and fleet management.
• All safety bulletins and warranty claims received, closed every month and compile reports in a data base for future reference.
• Responsible for Service Operations ACIGN tickets. Ensure to track and closed filed ACIGN tickets.
• Ensure Epiroc machine updates in machine on-line "MOL". To meet 100% machine 1:1 Ratio.
• Manage the usage of fleet sync to maintenance staff.
• Ensure to deliver the updates of Docmine and SOP's to service operations and customers.
• Updating and monitoring none Epiroc machines.
• Responsible on development of Epiroc digitalization, automation, and battery solutions.
• Assist in development of Indirect Sales "IDS" (Mixed Fleet Products). This may  include product application studies, competitions, and other related sales support material.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role within mining operations or a mining service company.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent self-management skills, including planning, organization, and professional execution of tasks.
• Innovative and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a service-minded approach.
• Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
