Site Based Maintenance Planner

• Plan service interventions based on priority list in order to improve operational 
efficiency 
• Communicate schedules with Service Technicians  
• Improve customers' response through effective coordination  
• Understand and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Follow up with service jobs and activities assigned. 
• Confirm spare parts availability for all assigned jobs. 
• To ensure that technicians submit Daily Time sheets, work orders & picking list 
on daily basis together with other related documents 
• Submission of reports in time as per the frequency defined 
• Escalation at an appropriate level to resolve customer concerns in order to 
update the management about daily operations. 
• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple 
Certification Systems: 
o Health and Safety of all employees, customers, and contractors as your first 
priority per ISO 45001:2018 and RA 11058 
o Reducing our impact upon the Environment with ISO 14001:2015 
o Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015 
 
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and 
responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course; 
b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company 
through its authorized representatives; 
c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any 
representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written 
order or by oral assignment.
