Mission:
The Order Fulfillment Administrative role at Epiroc Chile offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of our Supply Chain by managing the critical interface between the Customer Center and Supply Chain Organization. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and delivered on time, fostering a positive experience for our customers and supporting the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the Supply Chain Operations Center for daily order management, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from entry to delivery.
- Maintain effective and fluid communication channels between the Customer Center and the Supply Chain teams to promptly address and resolve order inquiries and challenges.
- Utilize ERP and planning systems proficiently to track, update, and manage order progress, ensuring data integrity and visibility across relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with warehousing, distribution, and logistics teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aiming to optimize order management workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to order status, exceptions, and performance metrics to support decision-making and operational transparency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical degree or equivalent education background, providing a solid foundation for understanding supply chain and order management principles.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within supply chain, distribution, or related fields, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strong expertise with ERP or planning systems; familiarity with inventory management and order processing software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
- Intermediate English is required for internal communications.
- Exceptional planning and execution capabilities with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple orders and priorities.
