Purpose of the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives related to customer satisfaction and campaign delivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. A key focus is transforming customer feedback into measurable improvement actions, while driving follow-up, governance, and accountability across all stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the Parts on Shelf Project and related customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Coordinate and manage customer satisfaction surveys (NPS/CSAT) linked to campaigns.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable improvement plans and corrective measures.
  • Track KPIs, project progress, and risks to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
  • Provide clear executive-level reporting and escalate issues when needed.
  • Drive governance, follow-up, and accountability across all involved stakeholders.
  • Ensure a demonstrated connection between campaign execution and customer satisfaction outcomes. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
  • Experience managing customer-facing or service-related initiatives, including corrective action follow-up.
  • Strong execution, governance, and delivery capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to transform data and customer insights into concrete actions.
  • English and Spanish proficiency required.
