Role Mission
Drive operational excellence across the NASA region by strengthening Service Agreements, workshops, and field service performance, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting continuous improvement across Customer Centers.
Key Responsibilities

Support implementation and optimization of Service Agreements and workshop operations.

Benchmark performance across regions to identify best practices and improvement opportunities

Provide technical expertise in maintenance strategies, KPIs, planning, and scheduling.

Review business cases and deliver technical and financial recommendations.

Monitor performance, conduct audits, and benchmark results to drive improvements.

Analyze operational and financial performance, developing reports and action plans.

Use ERP systems (M3, BPCS or similar) for tracking and performance management.

Build strong relationships with Customer Centers, service partners, and internal stakeholders.

Act as a bridge between global and regional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).

5+ years in mining or heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in service operations.
- Strong knowledge of Service Agreements, workshops, and field service models ideally in service operations or aftermarket support.

Advanced ERP system skills (M3, BPCS, or similar) and experience in reporting/analytics.

Experience in KPI management, planning, and operational improvement.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
