About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Line Manager to lead our Parts & Services Division (PSD) in Chile.
This role is responsible for driving profitable growth across aftermarket products, services, spare parts, and customer support activities while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a high-performing organization.
As a member of the leadership team, you will define and execute business strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Mission of the Role
Lead and develop the Parts & Services Division in Chile, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through the delivery of high-quality aftermarket solutions, strengthening long-term customer partnerships, and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation across all service and support activities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall business performance of the Parts & Services Division.

Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and EBIT delivery.

Strengthen relationships with key mining customers and strategic accounts.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across service, technical support, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with Epiroc's strategy.

Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, integrity, and high performance.
What We Are Looking For
-
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, aftermarket, services, or industrial businesses.

Proven leadership experience managing commercial, operational, and technical teams.

Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability.

Experience working with mining customers and aftermarket/service operations.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Availability to travel within Chile and internationally when required.
