The MORE Program is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of projects, systems, or products, ensuring efficient and coordinated execution between different teams and departments while understanding how the end-user will be affected by the change needs and what we need to do to support them through this change.
  • Lead and supervise project progress, identifying key milestones, allocating resources, and managing the budget to meet established deadlines and objectives.
  • Responsible for implementing change at the entity level and managing entity's contractual commitments. Works closely with the MORE Project Manager Group for day-to-day project activities.
  • Set up a local organization capable of managing change management, training, and test activities.
  • Support in BKU selection and lead coordinates project resources allocation of entity’s staff time on the project. Manage all roles within the implementation team and fill other program-specific roles (e.g., test, cut over, IT, system integration, etc.).
  • Assist in obtaining user reviews and sign-offs of work products.
  • Provide administrative and executive support for project documentation, including status reports, business policies and procedures, issue reporting, change process notification, etc.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas for the entity, including project management, solution, data migration, change management, and resources.
  • Perform source data cleansing of critical master data and prepare data for migration.
  • Coordinate local organizational change management (OCM) activities, including change monitoring, training, and communication, together with the Regional OCM Lead. Fill in and update the change impact report over aggregated change at the local entity from the designated program’s change impact assessment. Flag risks based on aggregated change impact report.
  • Own the Change Plan and ensure all agreed change management activities are executed.

  • Track record as a well-trusted leader with strong leadership skills.
  • Review and system/process experience/business understanding.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse audiences and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management roles, preferably with at least X years of experience in the field. (Minimum 3 years).
  • Solid technical knowledge in information technologies, software systems, and implementation processes.
  • Fluency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
