Supply Chain Operations Centre (SCOC) Manager - Southern Europe
Coslada, Community of Madrid, ES, 28823

Location: This position can be based in any of the Southern Europe region countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, or France.
Are you a supply chain professional ready to take on a regional leadership role with real impact? This is your opportunity to shape and lead the Supply Chain Operations Centre for one of the most dynamic regions in our organization.
We are looking for an experienced and driven SCOC Manager to lead our Southern European operations across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building high-performing teams, and are passionate about operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Internal candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As SCOC Manager for Southern Europe, you will be at the heart of our regional supply chain, leading a centralized team and driving performance across Order Fulfilment, Purchasing, Import and Export, and Transport. This is a highly visible role that connects strategy with execution, and people with results.
You will work closely with the Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure the SCOC setup meets the needs of all Divisions and Customer Centers in the region, while contributing actively to the evolution of our Supply Chain strategy. Your impact will be measured through four key KPIs: Availability, Transportation Cost, Obsolescence, and Inventory COGS %.
What You Will Do
You will lead and develop the centralized SCOC structure for the Southern European region, managing a cross-country team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will ensure daily import and export operations comply with applicable trade laws and regulations, working hand in hand with the Regional Trade Compliance Manager to anticipate and address compliance risks. You will build strong communication forums with Customer Center stakeholders across the region, keeping your team and partners informed, aligned, and motivated. You will collaborate closely with regional peers to identify improvement opportunities and drive meaningful change. And you will be an active voice in shaping and executing the broader Supply Chain strategy for Southern Europe.
What You Bring
You hold an academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or bring equivalent hands-on experience. You have at least 5 years of supply chain experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role. You have a solid understanding of ERP systems and are a confident MS Office user, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You communicate with clarity and confidence in English, both verbally and in writing, and additional languages are a welcome plus. You know how to give constructive feedback, develop your team, and create an environment where people grow.
Who You Are
You are someone who leads by example and brings energy and positivity to everything you do. You are business-minded, analytically strong, and never satisfied with "good enough" because you know there is always a better way. You are organized, decisive, and comfortable working across functions and borders. You can zoom out to see the big picture of the supply chain while also rolling up your sleeves to tackle the details. You communicate well at all levels, inspire confidence in your team, and know how to turn strategy into action. Most importantly, you are genuinely committed to doing what is best for the company and the people around you.
Why This Role
This is a unique opportunity to make your mark at a regional level, working with a talented and diverse team across four countries. You will have the autonomy to lead, the visibility to grow, and the support of a strong global Supply Chain organization behind you.
We look forward to receiving your application.
