Responsibilities of these roles consists of but are not limited to the below:

Comply with all OHS company and site processes and procedures.
Maintain and service Epiroc machines, ensuring the customer’s fleet consistently meets or exceeds production requirements
Fault finding and problem solving
Provide high-level technical support and advice
Assist in the implementation of strategic maintenance plans

Maintain positive customer relationships while demonstrating Epiroc’s core values as a customer-facing OEM representative.

Requirements

Epiroc Product knowledge and experience advantageous
Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification or similar
Strong problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills
Commitment to providing quality customer service
Ability to handle and work under pressure
Good report writing ability
Computer literacy
