We are seeking a Product Line Manager – Exploration Drilling Consumables to lead the global coring and reverse circulation consumables portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role focused on product vision, financial performance, and market success, working cross-functionally to drive global growth and customer impact.

 

Your Mission
As Product Line Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance, growth, and long-term sustainability of Epiroc’s global exploration consumables portfolio. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, guide strategy development, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, production, and customer centre’s to deliver innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions to the market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global stratefy for the coring and RC consumables portfolio
  • Set goals for growth, profitability, and product alignment with OreBody Solutions long-term vision
  • Develop pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Prioritize growth markets and tailor strategies to regional needs
  • Guide product development from concept through launch and optimization
  • Ensure strategic resource allocation and lifecycle alignment across the portfolio
  • Work with cross-functional team to bring products to market
  • Equip sales teams and customer centers with tools, training, and messaging
  • Track performance metrics, KPI and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve profitability targets through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead inventory planning and demand forecasting with production
  • Integrate digital tools and e-commerce into product and sales strategies
  • Support smart mining initiatives through innovative product development

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is an asset).
  • 8+ years of experience in product or portfolio management, preferably in mining, drilling, or industrial consumables
  • Proven success managing global B2B product lines
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across commercial and technical functions
  • Experience with regional product adaptation and customer-focused development
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and interest in shaping the future of mining
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to speak French is a strong advantage

 

Location 

  • Canada or Australia 
  • Travel 30% of the time
