Warehousers are responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping of all material coming into and leaving the Product Company or Distribution Center within company
safety guidelines.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings:
This role comes with two shift schedules:
Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm
Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and process receipts in our ERP system; verify quantity and other specifications; check for discrepancies in purchase order number or vendor packing listing information.
- Stock and store in assigned or designated warehouse areas
- Work from computer, scanner, and/or other designated parts lists, shop order, requisitions
- Perform daily counts of product as required
- Load and secure a variety of company products (components or parts) for shipment by truck or designated carrier. Pack, wrap, box, crate, and otherwise prepare for shipping.
- Cut and secure strapping, tie-downs, bracing, chocks, and other support materials
- Operate sit down and stand-up forklifts to store or transport material to designate indoor and outdoor storage areas
- Inspect materials, equipment, fork trucks, and storage facilities daily
- Maintain fuel, coolant, and lubricants in vehicles. If electric, ensure batteries are fully charged at the beginning of each shift
- Make simple drawings
- Maintain records and reports
- Perform other duties as required or directed
- Follow prescribed safety regulations/guidelines
- Report on all unsafe conditions to the Lead and/or the Supervisor
- Improper use or operation of forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment could result in significant damage to equipment, materials, products, or facilities.
Occasional Responsibilities:
- Train new hires
- Locate parts and fill in the necessary paperwork
Knowledge/Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic Computer Skills
- Forklift Certification Preferred
- Warehouse Experience Preferred

The work environment for this role involves both driving and physical delivery activities. Employees will regularly operate commercial motor vehicles and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, traffic hazards, and a variety of delivery site environments. The position requires frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading of heavy items—typically up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Extended periods of sitting while driving are expected, along with performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required, depending on delivery site requirements.

Pay Transparency Law:
The compensation range for this position is between $24 and $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
