Adaptation Attachments Manager (m/w/d)

Location: France

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and implement product strategy and roadmap across all categories by identify market trends and customer needs
• Align product development with ACB+, IAB and Epiroc strategic goals
• Manage full product lifecycle: concept → development → launch → maturity → phase-out and monitor the product performance (sales, margins, feedback)
• Recommend improvements, updates, or discontinuations by conducting the market research and competitor benchmarking and by analyzing the customer insights to shape product features and positioning
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations and ensure timely and successful product development and delivery
• Support sales with training, documentation, and go-to-market strategies
• Represent the HAT Business Line in customer meetings, trade shows, and dealer events and collaborate with key accounts and OEMs to develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies or equivalent education
• Proven sales management experience, ideally in construction or a related industry
• Strong skills in indirect sales management and strategic thinking
• Communicative skills and customer orientation
• Industry knowledge in construction machinery sales is advantageous
• Experience in financial collections and competitor analysis
• Willingness to travel as required
• Structured and goal-oriented working methods, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, independence, and commitment
