Product Specialist Warranty and Technologies (f/m/d)

Do you like to always be ahead of competitors and to identify opportunities? We welcome you to join our Customer Center Europe West (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland). In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our employees, customers, and business partners, as well as handling warranty-related tasks and ensuring smooth communication between various teams.

Lead by inspiration
As a member of our team, you will rock this:

• Provide technical support to all employees in the Customer Center, customers, and Business Partners
• Handle warranty issues and reporting efficiently
• Ensure closure of any product safety campaigns
• Share the Technical Service News Bulletin (TSNB) with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Epiroc platforms such as myepiroc.com (including Certiq and HATCON) and Synchroteam
• Conduct and prepare internal and external training sessions related to warranty and technologies, gathering feedback from the Operation Team and Training Coordinator

Strong Skills
Together we reach more, so your motivation is a constant further development of yourself and of us as your team. Your further skills and qualifications speak for themselves:

• University Degree or equivalent education
• Strong knowledge and experience in mining and construction techniques and aftermarket practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service and aftermarket within the mining and construction industry
• Fluent in German and English – spoken and written
• Excellent IT tool proficiency such as Sharepoint, SAP and M3
