Technical Product Specialist Smart Solutions (m/w/d)
Moving forward with inspiration
Key focus areas are
- Support the development, testing, and validation of innovative hydraulic attachment and smart machine solutions from concept through market launch.
- Participate in prototype assembly, field trials, product evaluations, and customer acceptance testing.
- Provide practical field feedback to Engineering, Product Management, and Service organizations to drive product improvements and customer-focused solutions.
- Assist customers and internal stakeholders in the successful adoption and deployment of smart technologies and digital solutions.
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of new products and systems during field implementation.
- Execute service assignments, repairs, maintenance activities, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting at customer sites and in the workshop.
- Deliver technical training and operational guidance to customers and business partners.
- Provide professional technical advice regarding equipment operation, repairs, maintenance requirements, and spare parts recommendations.
- Prepare detailed and accurate service reports, machine condition assessments, and technical product reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through the sharing of technical knowledge and field experience.
Strong skills
You are committed, like to take on responsibility and want to gain a deep insight into supply chain work. Ideally, you have the following skills:
- Completed technical vocational education or an equivalent qualification in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and machine diagnostic systems.
- Experience within the mining, construction equipment, heavy machinery, or a related industry.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in the field.
- Good understanding of common IT tools and digital service technologies.
- Experience with customer-facing technical service activities is highly desirable.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, together with basic English language skills.
