Training Coordinator (f/m/d)

Essen | Department: Regional Business Line Parts & Services | Reporting to: Technical Support Manager

We welcome you to join our Customer Center Europe West (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland). In this role, you will closely collaborate with the other members of the management team and your key focus as Training Coordinator will be developing the technical competencies in the Customer Center Europe West.
 
 
Lead by inspiration
As a member of our team, you will rock this:

• Become the point of contact with divisional team related to (technical) training and competency.
• Develop or provide training modules based on the analysis of training needs in coordination with Global Training team.
• Involve the Business Line Managers, Technical Support Manager, Business Development Manager and Territory Manager in the analysis of training needs including monitoring of competency mapping, development, and implementation of a training strategy to ensure adequate (technical) support.
• Record all the technical training data that have been carried out, related to the achievement of the training quality objective, including the number of hours of training and the evaluation of results.
• Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas and stimulate sales.
• Produce a monthly report regarding training activities.

• University degree or equivalent education 
• Solid knowledge and experience on mining and construction technique
• Experience as trainer
• Very good user level of IT Tools
• Fluent in German & English - spoken and written
