You will join a collaborative and experienced team within the RGD division, working closely with product managers and global stakeholders. The team consists of 10 colleagues, where knowledge-sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
In this role, you will contribute to strengthening our global communication presence, ensuring consistency across channels and supporting the positioning of our products and brand in the mining and construction industries.
Your Mission
As a Communications Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our communication is clear, impactful, and aligned with our business goals and brand strategy. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing communication materials and ensuring strong and consistent presence across relevant channels.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating and publishing compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press releases, e-learnings, and articles
- Owning the full lifecycle of communication materials for assigned products—from planning and production to follow-up and continuous improvement
- Ensuring that each product is supported with complete and high-quality base marketing materials aligned with product strategies and processes
- Safeguarding a strong and consistent communication presence across relevant channels, platforms, and forums
- Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders globally, as well as with other communication teams across the organization
- Supporting and developing communication strategies that strengthen the Epiroc brand and product positioning
- Managing smaller communication projects, including planning, budgeting, coordination with agencies and suppliers, and evaluating outcomes
- Measuring and following up on communication activities to drive continuous improvement and return on investment
- Representing the division in cross-divisional communication forums
- Ensuring that all communication activities are delivered professionally, on time, and in a cost-effective manner, aligned with brand guidelines
- Supporting colleagues across the organization in communication-related topics and strategic initiatives
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with curiosity, motivation, and a service-oriented mindset. You are proactive, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working to drive improvement.
You bring:
- A degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong graphical skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint

Location and Travel
This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment that promotes a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Occasional domestic and international travel is required, up to 20 days per year.
