Join our Inbound Replenishment team located in Fagersta, Sweden, where we actively work with continuous improvements, and believe there is always a better way!

 

Your mission

As Inbound Replenishment Planner, you will be responsible for the daily operational supply planning activities in the Rock Drilling Tools and Ground support (RGD) Division, both internal and external suppliers, and you will serve our customers with accurate delivery information. You will manage and closely follow up back orders as well as coordinate redistributions. You will collaborate with other functions within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Maintains inventory levels at agreed Targets.
  • Place orders to our Factories and external Suppliers.
  • Keep MRP parameters updated and accurate.
  • Ensure high service levels for our customers, analyzing deviation from targets and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with our global Demand and Production planning teams to ensure best service levels.
  • Monitor Supplier performance.
  • Work closely with our customer service department and local entities to ensure service levels.

You communicate clearly, build good working relationships across functions, and take ownership of your tasks with a proactive, organized workstyle.

 

Other Requirements

  •    Experience in planning or related supply chain/logistics roles
  •    University degree or post secondary education in a relevant field
  •    Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
  •   Understanding of how ERP systems work, including concepts such as master data, material flows, orders, and inventory management; experience with SAP, M3 is an advantage 
  •    Basic understanding of planning tools and planning processes
  •    Analytical mindset with the ability to support root cause analysis and data driven decisions
  •    Strong English skills; Swedish is a plus
