Your Mission
 

As a Market Analyst, you strengthen Epiroc’s pricing performance across your region. You analyze market and pricing trends, lead improvement initiatives, and support Customer Centers in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies. You act as the link between central and local pricing functions and ensure a continuous flow of market intelligence. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor price trends, currency effects, and market developments that impact profitability. 

  • Lead pricing improvement activities with divisional and local stakeholders. 

  • Collect and analyze competitor data and market insights. 

  • Drive change management to improve pricing compliance and performance. 

  • Support Customer Centers with training, tools, and guidance on pricing processes. 

  • Lead regional pricing forums and ensure effective information sharing. 

  • Communicate strategic price differentiation and relevant pricing insights. 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Pricing teams, and Business Development. 

  • Domestic and international travel may be required. 
     

 

Who You Are 

  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen 

  • Skilled communicator who builds trust and drives alignment 

  • Comfortable leading change and taking ownership 

  • Believes in pricing as a strategic growth driver 
     
     

Your Background 

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience 

  • Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills 

  • Experience working internationally is an advantage 

  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects 

  • Industry experience in mining, heavy equipment, or construction is a plus
