We are now seeking a senior and highly impactful Financial Governance & Performance Lead to drive one of the most critical financial transformation initiatives within Epiroc’s Business Area Equipment & Service (E&S).
About the role
As Financial Governance & Performance Lead, you will be responsible for shaping how financial performance, cost structures, and P&L ownership are governed across E&S. You will focus on strengthening clarity in financial accountability, reducing complexity in cost structures, and enabling transparent, end-to-end ownership of financial results.
This is a hands-on, outcome-driven transformation role in which you will simplify financial governance models, improve cost transparency, and enhance the quality and speed of financial decision-making. You will play a key role in driving a more performance-oriented and financially disciplined operating model.
You will work closely with senior leaders across finance and the line organization, with strong sponsorship at Business Area level. Success in the role requires strong financial acumen, resilience, and an uncompromising focus on performance and value creation.
The position is hosted within the Business Area Equipment & Service, with a flexible location, and reports to the Head of BA Business Architecture Claudia Ledesma.
Key responsibilities

- Simplify and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up processes.
- Increase the quality, consistency, and accessibility of financial performance data across the organization.
- Support senior leadership in driving performance accountability through robust financial insights and governance frameworks.
- Streamline financial processes to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operating leverage and cost efficiency.
- Act as a key driver in developing a more disciplined and performance-oriented financial management approach.
Experience and requirements
- 15+ years of experience in senior finance leadership, financial transformation, or performance management roles.
- Proven track record of improving financial governance and simplifying complex cost structures.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, cost allocation models, and financial planning processes.
- Strong experience in driving transparency and accountability in financial performance.
- High credibility with senior stakeholders in complex, global organizations.
- Strong analytical capability combined with a pragmatic and execution-focused mindset.
