HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Purpose of the Role
As a HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Temp 6 months), you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across US & Canada Regions. You’ll work closely with HR Managers & HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent—ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
- Support requisition creation and approvals in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks.
- Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
- Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align on talent needs and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices and internal processes.
- Coach new hiring managers on recruitment protocols and behavioral interviewing.
3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a high-quality candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Represent the company at job fairs and university events.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
4. Data & Process Management
- Maintain accurate data in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Use dashboards to track KPIs and drive improvements.
- Contribute to global/regional projects on process optimization and digitalization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions across diverse functions (e.g., Field Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Finance, R&D).
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, HireRight, MS Office 365, and MS Teams.
- Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and assessment tools (e.g., PI).
