Purpose of the Role

As a HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across US & Canada Regions. You’ll work closely with HR Managers & HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent—ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
  • Support requisition creation and approvals in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks.
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align on talent needs and market trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices and internal processes.
  • Coach new hiring managers on recruitment protocols and behavioral interviewing.

3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and university events.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.

4. Data & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate data in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Use dashboards to track KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to global/regional projects on process optimization and digitalization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions across diverse functions (e.g., Field Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Finance, R&D).
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactorsHireRightMS Office 365, and MS Teams.
  • Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and assessment tools (e.g., PI).
