Join Our Team as a PSN Marketing Manager and Growth Initiatives Manager at Epiroc!

The PSN Marketing & Growth Initiatives Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating regional marketing and growth initiatives across the Americas, translating PSD strategy and market opportunities into profitable Parts and Service growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Regional Growth Strategy: Translate the PSD strategy into regional growth initiatives and execution plans aligned with Customer Center priorities and market opportunities.
  • Accelerate Parts & Aftermarket Growth: Develop and coordinate initiatives to increase Parts penetration, customer share and aftermarket revenue across the installed base.
  • Lead Growth Initiatives & Campaigns: Identify, prioritize and execute regional commercial campaigns and strategic growth programs, ensuring clear targets, ownership and follow-up of results.
  • Develop CES & Lifecycle Opportunities: Strengthen CES, rebuild, midlife and lifecycle initiatives to maximize customer value and capture opportunities throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Strengthen Market Intelligence: Lead market and installed-base analysis to identify customer potential, competitive gaps, fleet opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Support Customer Centers: Act as a regional growth hub, providing Customer Centers with marketing tools, market insights, campaigns and commercial support to accelerate execution.
  • Coordinate Global & Regional Functions: Work closely with Global Product Management, Marketing, CES and other PSD functions to ensure regional priorities and Customer Center needs are incorporated into global initiatives.
  • Drive Product & Solution Roadmaps: Support the development of aftermarket product and solution roadmaps with clear objectives for revenue, profitability, customer share and market penetration.
  • Strengthen Competitive Positioning: Monitor competitors, pricing, market dynamics and emerging lower-cost suppliers to support differentiated value propositions and commercial actions.
  • Measure Business Impact: Establish KPIs and governance to track the impact of growth initiatives, including revenue growth, customer share, campaign conversion, installed-base penetration and profitability.

 

Knowledge/Education:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Customer Intimacy & Relationship Management. Deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and business goals. Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking. Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Project & Initiative Management. Lead multiple initiatives, prioritize resources, and ensure successful execution.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement. Drive process improvements and introduce new ideas to support growth.
