We are looking for someone to join our Regional Center of Excellence team (RCoE) that can deliver high-quality, detailed human resources administration services by collaborating closely with internal Stakeholders to support the Employee Lifecycle experience.  This role ensures efficient, compliant, and accurate processes that supports Epiroc’s business objectives, while upholding its values.  The candidate can be based from either the Epiroc Garland, TX or Broomfield, CO locations.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of incoming HR Administrative service tickets within the HR RCoE Service Desk Portal.  Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems for the full employee lifecycle, including Global Mobility and acquisitions. 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR Administrative-related inquiries.  Provide super-user support for Regional HR Systems, open tickets with Global CoE for escalated system support.  Collaborate professionally with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally under the “One HR” philosophy. 
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and Company HR reporting requirements.  This includes federal contractor government reporting, and Company Monthly/Quarterly People Management Reporting.  Generate ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, as needed.
  • Process quarterly anniversary reports and coordinate with external vendor for Company Anniversary Award program.  Process invoices for program.
  • Support HR Administration projects and continuous improvement initiatives by providing organized follow-up, cross-functional coordination, and attention to detail.  Support with system testing for upgrades and rollouts.
  • Review and update documentation per the Integrated Management System (IMS).  Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), as needed.
  • Participate in audits.  Self-audit HRIS systems for data accuracy.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or large organization required. 
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements; awareness of data privacy standards such as GDPR preferred. Experience in processing federal contractor government reporting. 
  • Experience with digital HR processes and cloud-based systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HR-plus, Oracle). Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRMs (e.g., ServiceNow).  Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and organized, able to work independently while contributing professionally and positively to a collaborative team environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Occasional travel may be required
