Service Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient service delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Mission:
- Provide administrative support to the Parts and Services Department, including preparing service and workshop quotations and obtaining customer service orders.
- Create and manage service jobs in the ERP system, ensuring accurate capture of labour, parts, materials, and other service-related transactions.
- Coordinate the ordering, availability, and expediting of parts required for service and workshop activities.
- Raise part re-orders and demand requests based on workshop requirements.
- Process and manage orders for external service providers.
- Investigate and resolve service administration and invoice-related queries.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations to ensure timely delivery and response.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team to ensure parts and internal sales requirements are delivered within agreed timelines.
Your Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in working in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficient in ERP Info M3 and Salesforce
- Proficient in advanced features of the Microsoft Office suite
