Your mission

•Ensure products manufactured at outsourcing factories comply with BOM/SOP requirements and are delivered as qualified products according to the production schedule.
•Support product improvement initiatives, continuously enhancing assembly quality and CN execution.

•Improve PDI product delivery quality.

The role

•Coordinate GIA product assembly requirements with the master production schedule, execute according to the confirmed plan, and ensure on-time delivery.
•Ensure GIA products assembled at outsourcing factories strictly adhere to BOM, SOP, and quality requirements.
•Responsible for product offline commissioning and PDI execution at outsourcing factories.
•Support suppliers in improving production line layouts to meet production demands.
•Support production integration for new products and product transfers, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality.
•Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new products and ensure timely updates of the latest versions.
•Assist in establishing Lean Production Systems and Lean Logistics Systems, improving value streams to shorten delivery times and support inventory management.
•Assist in resolving daily issues in the production system to ensure on-time delivery and support quality control improvements.
•Assist in addressing assembly techniques and methods on the assembly line.
•Adhere to and implement the Epiroc Code of Conduct in daily work and comply with all Epiroc compliance requirements.
•Guide and monitor suppliers to comply with Epiroc's quality, safety, and environmental system requirements.

Skills and experience

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Design, Electrical, Hydraulic, or Industrial Engineering backgrounds.

Experience with big data analysis, databases, or smart factory-related fields is a plus.

•At least 3 years of work experience in a related industry.
•Proficient in MS Office applications.
•Trained in or familiar with using ERP systems and Team Center systems.
•Committed to continuous self-improvement.
