Trainee Technician (Maintenance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.       Execution of breakdown, Preventive, predictive maintenance& TPM activities of plant machinery like VMC, Turning, SPM, Muti axes machines, SQF and Robots.

2.       Coordinating with original equipment supplier for additional support while attending the breakdowns.

3.       Execution of shutdown activities for plant utilities like VCB, DG, Transformer, ACB & compressors.

4.       Maintaining the 100% uptime of facilities & Plant Electrical appliances

5.       All required documents to be maintained in maintenance department like daily break down data, Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance records.

6.       Active participation in new machine installations.

7.       Identify and correct the abnormalities before equipment fail.

8.       Identify improvements and execute in the form of KAIZEN and other LEAN principles.

9.       Support to implement the TPM activities in the Plant.

Knowledge required:

1.       Basic knowledge of machine Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Control systems.

2.       Good team building skills and communication skills.

3.       Basic computer knowledge like MS office and Power BI

Education qualification

1.       ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor of engineering in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. With 0-3 years of experience.
